The story

Ridge & Meadow is a small pasture farm on the Southern Tablelands, run by one family across three generations. We raise chicken and eggs on open ground, moving our flocks daily rather than housing them permanently.

Everything is processed on-site in a licensed room, in batches small enough that we know exactly which paddock each bird came from. There's no scaling this up without losing what makes it work.

We sell direct, mostly to households within an hour's drive who order ahead and collect at the gate. It keeps the chain short: paddock, processing room, your kitchen.
